PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.01 of the NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the SAFFORD LIBRARY PROGRAM ROOM of the SAFFORD LIBRARY, located at 808 S 7th Avenue, Safford, Arizona. The purpose of the Hearing is to provide public notification that the City of Safford Police Department intends to submit an application (#2016-H3530-AZ-DJ) for the use JAG funds. These funds will purchase six (6) Handheld Radars.

All members of the public are invited to attend the hearing. For those persons unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing in the Office of the City Clerk, 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546.
