In accordance with Section 38-431.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MAYOR and CITY COUNCIL of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., in the Safford Library Program Meeting Room the SAFFORD LIBRARY, located at 808 S 7th Avenue, Safford, Arizona. The Public Hearing regarding a Series 6 Bar License application submitted by Amarjeet Kaur Nagra on behalf of La Quinta, located at 420 E. US Highway 70, Safford, Arizona.
The City Council will make a recommendation to the State Liquor Board regarding the approval or denial the license. The State Liquor Board may hold a hearing to consider the recommendation of the Local Governing Body. Any person residing or owning or leasing property within a one-mile radius may contact the State Liquor Board in writing to register as a protester.
