[ARCHIVED] La Quinta Liquor License Public Hearing

In accordance with Section 38-431.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MAYOR and CITY COUNCIL of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., in the Safford Library Program Meeting Room the SAFFORD LIBRARY, located at 808 S 7th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.  The Public Hearing regarding a Series 6 Bar License application submitted by Amarjeet Kaur Nagra on behalf of La Quinta, located at 420 E. US Highway 70, Safford, Arizona.

The City Council will make a recommendation to the State Liquor Board regarding the approval or denial the license. The State Liquor Board may hold a hearing to consider the recommendation of the Local Governing Body.  Any person residing or owning or leasing property within a one-mile radius may contact the State Liquor Board in writing to register as a protester.  To request information regarding procedures before the Board and Notice of any Board Hearings regarding this application, contact the STATE LIQUOR BOARD at 800 W. All members of the public are invited to attend the hearing.  For those persons unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing in the Office of the City Clerk, 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546.
