NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING

NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the City of Safford Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider for recommendation to the Safford City Council a proposal for the following:

Amend Chapter 17.52 – C-2 Highway Commercial District, Section 17.52.030 – Specific Requirements adding a provision for customary household pets for noncomforming single-family dwellings and uses.

The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021, at the Safford City Graham County Library Program Room, 808 S. 7^th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.

The Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation will be presented to the Safford City Council at a public hearing to be a held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday May 10, 2021 in the Safford City Graham County Library Program Room, Safford Library Complex, 808 S. 7^th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.
