NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Safford City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend the City of Safford Zoning Ordinance Chapter 17.12 Supplementary Requirements and Procedures, Section 17.12.090 Maximum Height of Fences, increasing the fence or wall height in any required front or side yard that fronts on a street from three (3) feet to four (4) feet for non sight-obscuing fencing, clarifying rear and side yard fence heights, clarifying measurement of fence height, and, the conditions when a fence or wall can be increased to six (6) feet. The Safford City Council public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday August 10, 2020 in the Safford City Graham County Library Program Room, 808 S. 7th Ave., Safford, Arizona.
