NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 38-431.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., in the Safford Library Program Meeting Room of the SAFFORD LIBRARY, located at 808 S. 7th Avenue, Safford, Arizona in order to hear the following items:
1) Public hearing for a variance request Case # Z-01-19 (APN 102-22-370). The request is for a variance to exceed the maximum square footage limitation for metal storage containers in the C-1 General Commercial zone. The applicant is Safford Builders Supply and the parcel contains .12 acres. The parcel is located at 609 7th Street.
2) Public hearing for a variance request Case # Z-02-19 (APN 103-09-037). The request is for a variance to exceed the maximum square footage limitation for metal storage containers in the C-2 Highway Commercial zone. The applicant is Steve Curtis and the parcel contains 2.44 acres. The parcel is located at 150 Discovery Park Boulevard.
All members of the public are invited to attend the hearing. For those persons unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing in the Office of the City Clerk, 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546.
