The City of Safford offers two meeting rooms for public use. 

The Library coordinates the scheduling of the Phelps Dodge Room (150 capacity).

     Charge:

          $50/hour; no more than $100 per day; rental of podium or equipment is extra

          no charge for Non-profit organizations

          A $25 REFUNDABLE key deposit is required for ALL reservations.

Availabilty is limited: contact the Library at 432-4150 to see if the room is available for use.

Attached below is the application for use that will need submitted prior to use of the room.
