Residential Service:
Please have your container and bulk items at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on scheduled collection days to ensure service, see Sanitation Routes map for schedule.
Standard service includes two container collections and one bulk collection per week.
Additional trash containers and service are available for an extra monthly charge.
When placing your container out for collection, please remember the following:
- Avoid placing container near objects that may prevent collection (e.g.-vehicles, light poles, mailboxes, planters, walls, etc.)
- Do not park vehicles near or in front of containers that are placed out for service.
- Do not overfill container. The lid must be closed in order for the container to be serviced.
- Do not place items on the ground around the container or on top of the container itself.
If your container is in need of repair or replacement, please contact Public Works or complete an online citizen request.
Do not place the following items in the container:
- Dirt
- Hot ashes, cinders, coals or any other burning materials
- Mortar, concrete, plaster or other building materials
- Motor oil
- Toxic or hazardous waste material
- Unwrapped animal waste
Help keep our streets clean, please remember to "Bag & Tie" your trash before placing it into the container.

Metal Bins
The Sanitation Division has 2-,3-,4-,6-, and 8-cubic yard metal bins available for solid waste disposal. Rates are based on bin size, quantity requested as well as the frequency of service. We'll be happy to discuss with you the size of bin that would be most appropriate for your busines or multi-unit community.
Containers
Plastic containers are available for curbside collection. Rates are based on container size, quantity requested as well as the frequency of service.
