     Mayor and Council Support
     Council Agenda Packets
     Council Minutes
     Records, files and maintain permanent legal documents
     Provide access to public records; maintains the records management program
     Conducts and administers City elections
     Updates/codifies City Municiapl Code Book
     Cemetery records and purchases
     Maintains business and dog licenses
     Administers the cities insurance coverage for property
