Jacque Attaway, Councilwoman

Jacque Attaway was appointed to the Safford City Council in January 2010 to fill the unexpired term of Jason Foutz.
Jacque is a 4th generation to live in Graham County. She attended Safford Schools and Eastern Arizona College. Her parents owned a ranch just south of Hanagen Meadows on the Coronado Trail where her summers growing up were spent.
She had a lengthy banking career of eighteen years in Graham County. Jacque was manager of Bank of America in 1992 when she was elected Graham County Assessor. She enjoyed serving sixteen years as Graham County Assessor. Jacque and her husband are now owners of the Graham County Florist and China Shop in Safford.
Jacque has served as President of Arizona Association of Counties as well as numerous other local, state and national committees and boards.
She is married to Wayne Attaway. They have five sons and five grandchildren.
