Kenneth Malloque, Councilman
My name is Kenneth Malloque and I was born in Morenci, Arizona. I was raised in Morenci and graduated from Morenci High School and later, Eastern Arizona College with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. I was hired by Phelps Dodge in the Engineering Department in September of 1970 and have held various positions in Engineering, Environmental, Planning and currently a member of the Equipment Management group in Safford.
I married Jeanette, a native of Safford in 1981 and together we have made our home in Safford. We have two daughters, Stephanie and Brandi, who are now married with families of their own. Our granddaughter, Destiny is 16 years old and grandson, Chance is 6 years old and they are definitely our pride and joy!!
I have served as president of the Saguaro Cruisers Car Club and we promoted the sport of antique and street rod building and worked to introduce those skills to the youth of the valley. I enjoy automotive restoration, motorcycle building and riding, and residential remodeling. I have also been a licensed Commercial & Instrument Pilot in the past, and enjoy flying tremendously.
I have always found Safford to be a wonderful city in which to live, work and raise a family and look forward to being a part of the city government in this great community.
