NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Section 38-431.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Safford, Graham County, Arizona, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on June 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the SAFFORD LIBRARY, located at 808 S 7th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.
Public Hearing on:
Relating to Bingo License; recommendation to the state Department of Revenue regarding a new Bingo license application submitted by Robert Lane on behalf of American Legion Chapter 32 Legion Riders, located at 531 S. 11th Avenue, Safford, Arizona.
All members of the public are invited to attend the hearing. For those persons unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. the day of the public hearing in the Office of the City Clerk, 717 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546.
