Step 1: Read Application for Utility services--Application
Step 2: Complete and Sign Application
Step 3: Attach copy of Lease or Proof of Ownership.
Step 4: Attach copy of photo ID. (Driver’s license)
Step 5: Submit Application & Copies

 Step 6: City of Safford will run a credit Check to determine deposits.
Step 7: Pay any applicable fees. (Deposits) (Same Day)
Step 8: Utility service will usually be connected the next business day after
Deposits are paid. Normal business hours are Monday- Thursday (7am-6pm)
Excluding holidays. If applicable, you may be required to schedule a connect
